Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 oz. salmon (canned)
    1/2 c. cornmeal
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. onion, finely chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and form into patties.
    Pour 1/2 cup oil in frypan and heat.
    Form patties and fry in oil until brown on both sides.
    Use left over oil to make gravy.
