Swiss Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large round steak
2 mango peppers
3 onions
2 large cans tomatoes
Preparation

Trim fat off the steak; cut in pieces.
Roll in flour, salt and pepper to taste.
Brown in cooking oil.
Put in cooker and alternate steak, onions and peppers, then add tomatoes on top. Cook on medium heat for about 1 hour or until tender.
Stir often.
