Dad'S Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 pork chops, browned
    1 c. uncooked rice (not Minute rice)
    3 c. hot water
    2 tsp. salt
    1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken
    1 small onion, chopped and fried in the pork drippings
Preparation
    Place all the ingredients except the chops in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Arrange the chops on top of the rice mixture.
    Cover pan with aluminum foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
