Meat Pies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

basic bread dough
ground lamb or beef
lemon juice
salt and pepper
1 c. yogurt
3 onions, chopped
1 c. pine nuts
Preparation

Combine meat, chopped onions, yogurt, pine nuts, lemon juice and seasonings.
Shape dough patties in triangles or rounds, putting small amount of mixture in center.
Fold and pinch, pat with oil and put in oiled baking tray.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until bottom is brown.
Then put on top shelf to brown on top.
Yields 3 to 4 dozen pies.
