Hawaiian Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. mashed bananas (about 4 large)
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients.
    Combine remaining ingredients and add to flour mixture, stirring until just moistened.
    Spoon batter into two greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until wooden pick comes out clean.
    Cool in pans 10 minutes, remove from pan and cool on racks.
    Yields 2 loaves.
    Freezes well.
