Pumpkin Roll Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. pumpkin (Libby pie filling)
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 box 10x sugar
Preparation
    Beat eggs at high speed with mixer.
    Beat in sugar, pumpkin and lemon juice.
    Add flour, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg.
    Mix well.
    Spread into greased and floured jelly pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Turn out onto towel with 10x sugar on it.
    Put 10x sugar on top of cake.
    Roll towel and cake up.
    Let cool and unroll.
    Spread with filling and roll.
