Ramen Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. pork Ramen
    1/3 c. diced cucumber
    1/3 c. diced bell pepper
    1/3 c. diced tomato
    1/3 c. diced celery
    green onion to taste
    4 Tbsp. Italian dressing
Preparation
    Crush Ramen in package.
    Boil in 2 cups water until tender. Drain.
    Blanch in cold water.
    Add seasoning packet and mix well. Add vegetables and Italian dressing.
    Chill.
