Apple Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 medium apples
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg
1/2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
Preparation

Slice apples into medium baking dish, sprinkle with cinnamon and 1/3 cup sugar.
Cream butter and rest of sugar.
Add egg.
Sift dry ingredients and add to batter.
Batter will be thick, so spoon it onto the top of apples.
Bake 10 minutes at 425\u00b0 then 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Makes 15 servings.
