Barbecue Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large beef brisket
    garlic
    onion
    celery salt
    1/3 bottle liquid smoke
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. Worcestershire
    1 c. catsup
Preparation
    Season meat with garlic, onion and celery salt overnight in refrigerator.
    Roast meat in baking pan at 275\u00b0 for 1 hour per pound.
    Cover meat with foil while baking.
    Slice meat thin on the diagonal.
    When done, mix remaining ingredients and pour over roast.
