Cranberry-Orange Salad(Adapted From General Foods Kitchens Cookbook) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small pkg. orange gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 chopped orange (with rind)
1/2 apple, chopped (with skin)
1/2 c. seeded grapes, halved
1 c. whole berry cranberry sauce
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
Wash unpeeled orange; quarter, seed it and grind or food processor chop it with rind.
Fold cranberry sauce into gelatin, stirring to break up lumps.
Add ground orange, chopped apples and grapes.
Pour into mold; chill until firm.
Serve on crisp lettuce for 4 to 6.
