Streusel Cream Peach Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked pastry, lined in pie pan
4 c. quartered fresh ripe peaches
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 egg
2 Tbsp. cream
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. soft butter
Preparation

Place peaches in pastry lined pan. Sprinkle with sugar and nutmeg.
Beat together egg and cream.
Pour over peaches and sugar.
Mix the brown sugar, flour and butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over the top.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
Serve slightly warm with ice cream.
