Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 stick oleo, melted
    2 cans Cream of Chicken soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    4 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
    1 Tbsp. poppy seed
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Mix Ritz crackers and oleo.
    Spread half in bottom of 9x13 casserole.
    Mix soup, sour cream, & poppy seed.
    Add chicken & rice.
    Pour into casserole over crackers.
    Top with remaining Ritz. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
