Horseradish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. root horseradish, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
3/4 c. white vinegar
1 or 2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Put horseradish cubes in blender and blend until grated.
Mix all ingredients together and put into tightly covered jar.
