Dolly'S Pineapple Drops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
Beat in egg and vanilla.
Sift dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Stir in undrained pineapple and nuts.
Chill dough 2 hours.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
Cool and frost, if desired.
Yields 4 dozen soft cookies.
