Stuffed French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices bread (use substantial wheat bread or variety bread like pumpkin nut, poppy seed, etc.)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    12 eggs
    1/3 c. maple syrup
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cut bread into cubes and place half in the bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Cube the cream cheese and place on top of the bread.
    Top with remaining bread.
