Swiss Onion Potato Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sweet Spanish onion, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 lb. loose frozen hash browns, thawed
1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Saute onion in margarine until tender.
In a large bowl, mix onion, potatoes, cheese, salt and pepper.
Mix well.
Spoon into 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Beat together eggs and milk.
Pour over casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until browned. Allow to cool 5 minutes before serving.
