Pheasant For 1 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can condensed chicken soup
1/2 c. apple cider (white or sweet wine)
1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
paprika
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and pour over pheasant.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Baste with sauce.
