Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. frozen hash browns
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
    3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    12 eggs
    2 c. milk
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Use a lightly greased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
    Layer hash browns, sausage, cheese, pepper and onions.
    Combine eggs and milk, beating well.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour over layers. Bake at 350\u00b0 about 50 minutes.
    Can be refrigerated or frozen. Makes 12 servings.
