Jalapeno Cornbread - cooking recipe

2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
1/4 c. canola oil
2 eggs
1 can creamed corn
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1 medium chopped onion
1 c. milk
chopped jalapenos to taste
Preparation

Bake in a 13 x 9 pan at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Sweet and hot, delicious with \"Sam's\" chili.
