Zucchini Squash Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. peeled, grated zucchini
    1 c. oil
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. raisins or dates
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar, squash, oil and vanilla.
    Add flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon.
    Add nuts and raisins or dates and bake in 2 large loaf pans about 1 hour at 350\u00b0, or bake in 4 (1 pound size) loaf pans until done.
    Real good for freezing.
