Southern Corn Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. canned corn
3 eggs, well beaten
2 Tbsp. melted butter
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. sugar
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. flour or cornstarch
Preparation

Combine the beaten eggs, corn, melted butter and milk.
Stir well.
Add the seasonings and sugar.
Pour into a well buttered casserole; dot with butter and bake in a very slow oven (250\u00b0) for about 40 minutes or until custard has set.
