Stew For Two - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. family steak
    1 c. celery stalk + leaves
    1/2 c. carrots
    1/4 c. ground peppers
    onion
    1 small can tomato sauce
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Trim all fat off meat and cut in small pieces.
    Brown and simmer in 1 cup water for 1/2 hour.
    Put all vegetables in, cover with water and simmer 1 hour.
    Add tomato sauce; cook a minute. Thicken gravy and put over potatoes, rice or noodles.
