Rosy Rhubarb Betty - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. rhubarb
8 slices white bread, cut in 1/2-inch cubes (4 c.)
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted margarine
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Combine all ingredients, except cinnamon and coconut.
Toss lightly to mix.
Spread mixture into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Sprinkle coconut and cinnamon on top.
Bake for 40 minutes.
