Raisin Oatmeal Ribbons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1 1/2 c. quick cooking oats
    3/4 c. margarine
    2 c. chopped raisins
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine flour, brown sugar and oats.
    Cut in margarine to form crumbs.
    Pat 1/2 mixture into ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Spread filling over base.
    Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture on top; pat gently.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until edges begin to brown.
    Cool; cut into bars.
