Ingredients

2 unbaked pie crusts
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
pinch of salt
3 eggs
3 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla or lemon flavoring
Preparation

Mix the sugar, flour and salt into a nice mountain and set aside.
Beat the eggs into lemony mish-mash and blend this into buttermilk.
Pour this into the dry ingredients.
Mix well and add flavoring.
Pour equal amounts into 2 unbaked pie crusts.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until it looks thick, about 30 minutes.
