Saucy Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. ground chuck
    3/4 lb. hot bulk pork sausage
    1 large onion, chopped
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes, undrained and chopped
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 1/2 tsp. dried whole basil
    1 tsp. sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. manicotti shells
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia brand cream cheese
    1/2 (8 oz.) carton Philadelphia brand cream cheese with chives and onions
    4 1/2 c. (18 oz.) Kraft shredded Mozzarella cheese, divided
    1 (16 oz.) carton Ricotta cheese
    3/4 c. Kraft grated Parmesan cheese
    3/4 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. dried whole oregano
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients in a large Dutch oven.
    Cook over medium heat until meat is browned, stirring to crumble; drain well.
    Add tomato sauce and next 5 ingredients; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 2 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
