Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. oatmeal (1/2 quick and 1/2 old-fashioned)
    1/4 c. sesame seed
    1/2 c. coconut
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. wheat germ
    1/3 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 c. oil
Preparation
    Mix the first 7 ingredients thoroughly.
    Then, mix the water, vanilla and oil and pour over first mixture and blend.
    Spread on cookie sheet with sides.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 2 to 3 hours.
    Stir every 30 to 45 minutes.
