Microwave Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 center cut pork chops, cut into bite size pieces
    2/3 c. teriyaki sauce
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks (in own juice, undrained)
    3 to 4 Tbsp. sweet and sour sauce
    1 to 2 tsp. firmly packed brown sugar
    2 medium size green peppers, cut into cubes
    1 tsp. cornstarch (optional)
Preparation
    Place fork and teriyaki sauce in a deep 2-quart heat resistant, non-metallic casserole dish and marinate overnight. Remove meat from teriyaki sauce, reserving any remaining sauce. Brown meat in skillet on a conventional surface unit.
