Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. medium sharp shredded Cheddar cheese
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
3 Tbsp. taco seasoning
3 Tbsp. finely chopped green chilies
3/4 c. finely chopped walnuts
Preparation

In food processor fitted with steel blade or mixer, combine all ingredients except chilies and walnuts.
Blend thoroughly. Stir in chilies.
Divide mixture into thirds.
Chill 15 to 20 minutes.
Press each into walnuts.
Press each into molds lined with plastic wrap, or shape into balls.
Cover with plastic wrap. Chill 1 hour or overnight.
