Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sweet potatoes, baked and mashed
    1 c. sugar
    2 or 3 eggs
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. (1 stick) butter or margarine, softened
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. flour
    1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. (1 stick) butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, evaporated milk, 1 stick butter, and vanilla and pour into buttered casserole.
    Mix pecans, flour, brown sugar, and 1 stick melted butter; spread on top of casserole mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
