Broccoli With Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. fresh broccoli
    6 oz. process American cheese, sliced
    1/3 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. onion salt
    1 drop red pepper sauce (optional)
Preparation
    Prepare and cook broccoli.
    Heat remaining ingredients over medium heat, stirring frequently until cheese is melted and mixture is smooth, 6 to 8 minutes.
    Pour cheese sauce over broccoli.
    Makes 4 servings.
