Ingredients

6 medium potatoes
1 small onion
2 slightly beaten eggs
3 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Peel and grate potatoes and onion.
Mix.
Let stand 10 minutes until liquid rises to top.
Drain. Stir in eggs and add remaining ingredients.
Heat well-greased skillet on medium heat. Drop by tablespoon into skillet. Brown 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
Drain on paper towel.
Serve warm.
