Baked Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced, cooked chicken
1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 c. diced celery
1 can chopped water chestnuts
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 hard-cooked eggs, cut up
1 can French fried onion rings
1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
Preparation

Combine all ingredients (except onions) in a 2-quart casserole. Top with onion rings.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Serve with cranberry sauce. Serves 6.
