Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 medium size potatoes, boiled with skins on, just until done; peel and slice thin (red potatoes are best, but white are okay)
    8 eggs, boiled, then chopped
    1 lb. bacon, slice while still together into 1/2-inch pieces, fry until crisp, drain
    1/2 onion, chopped fine
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    3/4 qt. jar Hellmann's mayonnaise
Preparation
    Mix all together and stir well.
