Asparagus Roll-Ups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. Roquefort cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 cans small asparagus tips
1 egg, beaten
2 loaves (white bread thin sliced crusts removed)
melted butter
Preparation

Mix cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise and egg together.
Roll each slice of bread flat.
Spread cheese mixture on slices.
Top with 1 stalk asparagus.
Roll up.
Cut in half or thirds.
Brush on melted butter.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 15 minutes or until well browned.
Can be made ahead and frozen.
Makes about 50.
