Pie Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    20 Ritz crackers, crushed fine
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    1 sq. bitter chocolate
Preparation
    Beat egg whites stiff; stir in sugar.
    Fold in crumbs and nuts.
    Pour into well-greased pie pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Top with whipped cream and grated chocolate.
