White Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. white chocolate, melted over hot water
    1 c. oleo
    1 c. buttermilk
    4 egg yolks
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. white sugar
    1 c. nuts, chopped fine
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. coconut
    4 egg whites, beaten (but not dry)
Preparation
    Cream sugar and oleo; add egg yolks and melted chocolate. Then add vanilla, flour, soda, baking powder and buttermilk; mix well.
    Add coconut and nuts.
    Fold in egg whites.
    Bake in 3 (9-inch) pans that have been greased and floured.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
