Caramel Apple Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. chopped Spanish peanuts

Preparation

Beat cream cheese, sugars and vanilla until creamy. Stir in nuts.
Slice Granny Smith and Red Delicious apples and dip.
