Fudge Topped Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. margarine or butter, melted
2 c. sugar
1 c. unsifted flour
2/3 c. Hershey's Cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. vanilla extract
1 c. chopped nuts, optional
1 (12 oz.) pkg. Hershey's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In large mixing bowl, combine margarine, sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, eggs, milk and 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla; beat well.
Stir in nuts if desired.
Spread in greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan.
Bake 40 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of the pan.
Just before brownies are done, in heavy saucepan over low heat, melt chips with sweetened condensed milk and remaining 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla.
Remove from heat.
Immediately spread over hot brownies.
Cool.
Chill. Cut into bars.
Store covered at room temperature.
