Wild Mushroom Pasta(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
    2 c. coarsely chopped tomato
    4 c. assorted mushrooms
    salt to taste
    1 lb. penne
    4 c. sliced, fresh mushrooms (shiitake, morel, oyster and/or best of all, portabella)
    2 red or green peppers, cut into strips
    1 medium onion, cut into thin wedges
    1/4 c. margarine or butter
    1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    hot cooked pasta
    shaved or grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In a large skillet, cook mushrooms, peppers and onion in hot margarine or butter until tender.
    Stir in salt and pepper.
    Toss with hot pasta.
    Top with cheese.
