Ingredients

1 lb. bulk pork sausage, crumbled
1 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerator crescent rolls
1 c. frozen hash browns (loose pack), thawed
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
5 eggs
1/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

In skillet, cook sausage until brown.
Drain.
Set aside. Arrange separated crescent rolls on ungreased 12-inch pizza pan with points toward center.
Press over and pick up sides to form crust.
Spoon sausage over crust.
Sprinkle on potatoes.
Top with Cheddar cheese.
Beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper in bowl.
Pour over filling.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
