White Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. oil
1 medium chopped onion
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. cumin
2 chicken breasts, in 1-inch chunks
1 can white beans, drained
1 can garbanzo beans, drained
8 oz. chopped green chilies
2 chicken flavored bouillon cubes
1 heaping Tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. water
shredded Monterey Jack cheese (as topping)
Preparation

Add first 5 ingredients to a large pot and cook until chicken is tender.
Add remaining ingredients, except for cheese, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour. Serve topped with cheese.
If desired, hot sauce may be added.
