Tropical Sweet Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 medium sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1 small can coconut
1 small can pineapple, drained
1/2 tsp. maple syrup or vanilla
1/4 stick margarine, melted
12 marshmallows

Preparation

Boil, peel and mash potatoes.
Add ingredients except marshmallows to potatoes.
Put in a baking dish (6 x 8-inch). Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Add marshmallows the last 5 minutes of baking.
