"Pinch Me" Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk, scalded
    1 slightly beaten egg
    3 1/2 c. flour
    3/4 c. melted margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    5 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 to 1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix yeast and water; set aside.
    Mix sugars, oil, salt, milk and egg; let cool.
    Stir in yeast mixture.
    Add 2 cups flour; beat well.
    Gradually add remaining flour; mix.
    Cover; allow to rise until double.
    (Let rise in a warm place at 75\u00b0 to 80\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 hours.)
    Punch down; make into balls the size of walnuts. (Flour hands to handle dough.)
    Dip balls into a mixture of sugar, cinnamon and nuts after having dipped them into melted margarine. Drop balls into solid bottom tube pan.
    Allow to rise until double, about 2 hours, in a warm place or overnight in refrigerator.
    Bake for 45 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Remove from oven; let stand 5 minutes.
    Turn out carefully.
