Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    2 c. finely grated carrots
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except carrots and pineapple.
    Mix well.
    Add carrots and pineapple, including the juice.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 2 loaves.
