Jiffy Cherry Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cherry pie filling
    1 (9 oz.) box white Jiffy cake mix
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Pour pie filling into greased 8 x 8-inch cake pan.
    Sprinkle dry cake mix over top of cherries.
    Pour melted margarine over cake mix.
    Sprinkle nuts on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
