Beef Tips Over Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean stew beef
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 envelope dry onion soup mix
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Cut beef into cubes and place in casserole.
    Combine soups and water.
    Pour over beef, stirring to blend.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    Serve over cooked noodles or rice.
