Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 medium onion, chopped
1 to 2 Tbsp. oil
1 can mushroom soup
1 tsp. salt
1 c. grated American cheese
1 1/2 c. cooked rice (I use Minute rice)
Preparation

Thaw broccoli and chops or buy chopped.
Heat oil and toss in broccoli and onion.
Cook until tender (5 to 10 minutes).
Add 1 can mushroom soup and heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat and stir in cheese, salt and cooked rice.
Milk may be added if too thick.
Put in baking dish and top with grated cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
