Beef Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    beef roast
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 small can mushrooms (optional)
    salt
    pepper
    oregano
    1 can beer
Preparation
    Baste roast with A.1. steak sauce. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, oregano and flour.
    Brown in hot oil and add beer, soup and onion mix.
    Add mushrooms. Cook until tender, about 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Also can bake at 350\u00b0 the same amount of time.
    Can also be cooked in crock-pot.
