Tuna Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3 (7 1/2 oz.) can tuna, chunk
    4 Tbsp. horseradish
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 stick margarine
    4 stalks celery, cut fine
    1 onion, minced
    4 or 5 dashes of Tabasco
Preparation
    Combine ingredients.
    Put in large mold.
    Let chill overnight. Unmold and garnish with parsley and pecan pieces.
    Serve with assorted crackers.
    This makes a large mold and is good for serving a large crowd.
